Healthy Hot Cacao!

Delicious + Nutritious!


Try out this super yummy, nutrient dense hot cacao to energize your body + warm your spirit.


Healthy Hot Cacao Recipe:


☕️ 4oz of nut mylk


☕️ 2 tbsps of raw cacao (not cacao - that’s the processed + sugar added stuff that they don’t as nutrient dense as the read deal cacao - pronounced ‘ca-cow’.


☕️1 tsp of MCT OR unrefined Coconut oil 🥥


☕️ 1 drop of doTERRA peppermint eo OR doTERRA wild orange ( this adds a punch of flavour- step aside sugary syrups!!)


☕️ 1 tbsp of collagen powder (optional)


☕️ 1 tsp of coconut powder (optional) - this gives a nice froth after blending


☕️ if you need the sweetness, then add a touch of honey, monk fruit or coconut sugar to taste (optional)


☕️ top with 8oz of boiling water


Blend in a blender or use a hand held blender on low


Pour into your favorite mug.


Sprinkle a bit of cinnamon on top if you like.
